A new "bouchon" restaurant in the 6th district of Lyon! This is the new restaurant of Julien Gautier, Head Chef and owner of the "M Restaurant" and his dining room supervisor and associate Emmanuel Tachon-Foley.
A little history lesson about this unique and different bouchon! Before being a bouchon, the premises housed 'Les Oliviers', a Marseillais bistro, for 14 years. Before that, the Mère Brazier was there since 1998. Today Julien Gautier and Emmanuel Tachon-Foley are creating their own story. The menu is full of Lyonnais specialties and seasonal dishes. Decor is that of a traditional 'bouchon', but with a little personal touch.

Open from Mon. to Fri.: noon-2 pm and 7:30 pm-10 pm. Closed on Jan. 1st, Dec. 25th, from May 1st to 8th and from July 29th to Aug. 20th. Exceptionally open on Dec. 10th and 31st.
