If you're crazy about Lyon's bouchons, you're going to love this place. This is the place to come to discover Lyon's unique night-time atmosphere. 35 years in business, with many crowning moments. Gilles Maysonnave is Lyon's friendliest bouchon owner.
Gilles Maysonnave, chef, owner, cashier, dishwasher, organiser, valet… And host… My job is to ensure that once you've stepped through my door you enjoy a moment of pure unadulterated dining pleasure. I supervise the kitchen and the front of house to provide you with an atmosphere as delicious as the food. In a 1930s setting, we maintain the authentic Lyonnais gastronomic tradition: - Machons au matin (traditional copious breakfast dish). - Flambés, carving and preparation at the table (veal kidneys, crepe suzettes) ensuring a warm and convivial atmosphere. - Game (Grouse, Mallard, Partridge...) and fricassees of wild mushrooms from September to January.
