The Auberge des Canuts is an unusual establishment, located in Old Lyon, on Place Saint-Jean opposite the cathedral and at the foot of the Fourvière hill. The restaurant proposes a traditional Lyonnaise cuisine tasty and respectful of the knowledge transmitted by the mothers of Lyon. The dishes are cooked on the spot with fresh products by a chef himself Lyonnais and in love with this culinary tradition.
