Located in the 'Halles de Lyon' since 2004, the Charcuterie BOBOSSE shows all it has to offer. Such as their famous Andouillette sausage 'pulled by a string', their sabodet sausage, their pâté, their ham seasoned with parsley, their cooking sausages.. You will also find their selection of foies gras, truffles, and conserves. All high quality products have carefully been selected by the team, who are ready to give advice on all products and recipes and help you make the best choice.
